Position Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) who holds a valid Sedation Monitoring Certificate in Minnesota. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping patients feel at ease during their treatment.
Responsibilities:
Assist dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
Monitor and record patient vitals during sedation appointments
Ensure compliance with sedation monitoring protocols
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
Take and develop dental radiographs
Provide pre-op and post-op patient instructions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Other office tasks as requested by management
Requirements:
Active Minnesota LDA license
Valid Sedation Monitoring Certification (Minnesota Board of Dentistry requirement)
CPR/BLS certification
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills
Experience with sedation cases preferred
