Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) who is eager to grow with us. While a Sedation Monitoring Certification is preferred, it is not required at the time of hire. We will provide support and guidance for the right candidate to obtain this certification once on board. If you’re a reliable, detail-oriented dental assistant looking to take the next step in your career, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
Provide clear pre-op and post-op instructions to patients
Monitor and document patient vitals during sedation appointments (once certified)
Help ensure compliance with sedation protocols
Maintain accurate patient records
Support other clinical and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Active LDA license in the state of Minnesota
CPR/BLS certification
Willingness to complete Sedation Monitoring Certification
Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and team-oriented mindset
Experience with sedation dentistry is a plus but not required
