third-party financing (CareCredit, Proceed Finance, etc.) is final and cannot be reversed through us
Dental and implant outcomes vary widely depending on anatomy, bone levels, health conditions, hygiene, smoking, grinding/clenching, immune response, and other factors outside our control.
We do not guarantee:
aesthetic outcomes
implant longevity
success rates
healing times
bone integration
denture fit
bite outcomes
restoration color or shade match
pain levels
treatment duration
permanence of results
Before treatment begins, you will be required to sign separate written consent forms acknowledging risks, alternatives, and possible complications.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with dental treatment, including but not limited to:
pain
discomfort
infection
swelling
nerve injury
implant failure
bone loss
sinus complications
allergic reactions
post-operative complications
need for additional surgery
need for revisions or replacement
aesthetic dissatisfaction
You agree to hold Elegant Dentistry / Edina Implant Center harmless for known and unknown risks inherent to dental procedures.
